This pose requires you to lie on the ground on your stomach whilst arching the back and grasping the feet overhead with your hands. You can take it a notch above by bringing your feet down to your ears or head, making your backbend intense.

The peacock pose

This is another pose you should only do in yoga classes near you under supervision. It is believed that this pose invokes the powers of a peacock where the body is held horizontally over the hands.
